Acceptable use policy
Last updated 29 September 2026
fnlnk is operated by CG APPS Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17266903, registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA (“we”, “us”, “our”).
This policy applies to everyone who uses fnlnk.com, creators and fans alike. By using fnlnk you agree to it. It sits alongside our Terms of service, our Privacy notice and our Refunds Policy. Breaching it can lead to content being removed, a profile being taken down, and an account being suspended or terminated.
1. What fnlnk is
fnlnk is an 18+ platform for one-off card tips to creators.
A creator has a public profile carrying a stage name, a single profile photo and links. A fan sends a one-off tip. Every tip includes one thank-you content item from that creator (a short text message or a photo, whichever the creator chooses), delivered privately to that fan by email, through a link that expires.
There is no messaging and no fan-to-creator conversation, no subscriptions or recurring access, no content library, gallery or feed, no video, and no physical goods. This policy is written for that platform and covers nothing wider.
2. Age, and verification before tips are activated
Creators and fans must both be at least 18 years old. Fans confirm they are 18 or over before every tip.
Creators confirm their age at signup and must complete full identity and age verification before tips are activated on their profile, and before any fan payment can be accepted, not merely before a payout. A creator may hold and share a profile before verifying, but that profile cannot receive tips until verification is complete.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and refuse tips where we believe a person is under 18.
3. Sexy is allowed. Nudity and explicit content are not.
fnlnk is an adults-only platform, but it is not an explicit-content platform. Suggestive and sexy material is allowed in thank-you content items, and we do not prohibit content for being flirtatious, provocative or revealing. Nudity and sexually explicit material are not allowed, whether or not they are lawful.
Skimpy bikinis, lingerie, cleavage, tight clothing and provocative poses are all fine. What is not allowed is exposed breasts, buttocks or genitals, or any depiction of sexual activity, in a thank-you photo or a profile photo. Photos are screened before delivery. If a photo is blocked you can upload a different one.
A thank-you photo must show only the creator who uploads it, and no one else.
This policy also prohibits illegal material, set out immediately below, and the uses and conduct set out after it.
4. Prohibited content
The following is prohibited anywhere on the platform, including in thank-you content items, profile photos, profile text and links. This section is about illegal and abusive material, not about whether content is adult or explicit.
- Child sexual abuse material, and any content that depicts, involves or sexualises a minor, or in which a participant is or appears to be under 18, or whose age cannot be established as 18 or over.
- Non-consensual content: content made, obtained or shared without the consent of everyone featured. This includes so-called “revenge” content, covertly or secretly recorded material, and any depiction of non-consensual sexual activity.
- Content that depicts, promotes or facilitates illegal activity, including sexual violence, coercion, trafficking, bestiality, incest, or anything else unlawful under the law of England and Wales.
- Content that threatens or incites violence against a person, or that promotes terrorism or violent extremism.
- Hate speech: content that attacks, degrades, dehumanises or incites hatred, violence or discrimination against a person or group by reference to race, colour, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, disability, age, pregnancy or marital status.
- Content that infringes anyone else's copyright, trademark, database rights, rights in performances, or any other intellectual property or publicity right. Creators must own or be licensed to use everything they upload, send or link to.
5. Prohibited uses of the platform
fnlnk sells one digital thank-you item per tip. It is not a marketplace for services, and it must not be used as one.
- You must not use fnlnk (its profiles, links, profile text or thank-you content items) to advertise, offer, solicit, arrange, procure or pay for prostitution, escorting, sex work performed in person, or any other in-person sexual service or meeting, whether or not payment for it would pass through fnlnk.
- A tip buys the creator's thank-you content item and nothing else. A creator must not offer, promise or supply anything else in return for a fnlnk tip: no meeting, no service, no continuing obligation. This limits what a tip on this platform can be exchanged for; it does not limit what a creator does elsewhere.
- Nothing in this policy stops a creator from working on, selling through, or being paid by other platforms, or from linking to them from a fnlnk profile, provided those destinations are lawful and are tagged 18+ where required (see section 8).
- You must not use fnlnk to direct people to, or to collect payment for, anything prohibited by section 4 of this policy, wherever it is ultimately supplied.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, payment-card abuse, money laundering, terrorist financing, or using the platform to disguise the source of funds.
- Using fnlnk if you are subject to financial sanctions, or using it to send money to, receive money from, or otherwise deal with any person, entity or territory subject to applicable sanctions.
- Raising a chargeback or payment dispute on a basis you know to be untrue, for example, claiming a tip was unauthorised when you authorised it, or claiming nothing was delivered when the thank-you item reached you.
Nothing in this policy limits your right to dispute a payment. If you genuinely believe a charge is wrong, you are entitled to raise it with us and with your bank or card issuer, and your statutory rights are unaffected. A dispute raised in good faith is not a breach of this policy, whatever its outcome. The fact that a tip was authorised and the thank-you item received does not, by itself, make a dispute abusive.
- Diverting a fnlnk tip off the platform to avoid our fees, for example, telling a fan who is arranging or completing a tip here to pay you by some other route instead. This is about a tip that belongs on fnlnk being redirected to escape the fee on it. It is not a restriction on being paid elsewhere for anything that is not a fnlnk tip.
- Tips funded by a card you are not authorised to use, tips made to move or layer funds, and coordinated tipping intended to inflate a creator's earnings or ranking.
- Impersonating another person or organisation, including using a stolen handle or a trademarked name without permission, or misrepresenting who you are.
- Threats, harassment or stalking, or extracting or publishing another person's private or identifying information (contact details, address, or identity documents) without their consent.
- Scraping, bot-driven accounts, or attempts to evade rate limits, tip limits or safety controls; and malware, hacking, or interference with the platform or its security.
7. The public profile photo
A creator's single profile photo is public identity shown on their public profile, so it must be non-explicit: no nudity, sexual activity or exposed genitalia, and nothing that depicts or implies a minor.
This applies only to the public profile photo. It does not limit what a creator may include in a thank-you content item, which is delivered privately to a paying adult fan and may be reviewed by trust and safety staff (see section 9). Profile photos are validated, stripped of metadata and re-encoded before they are published, and can be cleared where they breach this rule.
8. Links
Creators are responsible for the destinations they link to from their public profile. Links must point to lawful destinations, and any adult destination must be tagged so fans see the 18+ badge before they click through. Links to anything prohibited by this policy are themselves a breach of it.
9. How we enforce this
The two thank-you formats are checked in different ways, and the difference matters, so it is set out plainly rather than left to be assumed.
Photo thank-yous are screened automatically before delivery. A photo is placed in quarantine the moment it is uploaded, and is released to the fan only on a positive clear. If the screening check fails, errors, times out, or returns anything short of a clear result, the photo stays in quarantine and is not delivered. A failure holds the photo; it does not let it through. There is no outcome in which an unscreened or uncleared photo reaches a fan because the check was unavailable.
Short text thank-yous are not machine-moderated. We do not scan the words of a text message. A text thank-you is validated at the moment it is accepted (it must be within our length limit, and it must not contain links or email addresses), and that validation is the whole of the automated check on it.
The rest of the platform:
- Profile photos are validated, resized, re-encoded and stripped of all metadata by our pipeline before they ever go public.
- Reports from fans and other creators reach a moderation queue and are reviewed.
- Authorised trust and safety staff can open a thank-you content item (the photo or the message) to check it against this policy. Access is limited to those staff and requires a second authentication step. Each time an item is opened we record that its content was released to that member of staff. That record shows what was released, to whom and when; it is not a record that anyone read it.
- Our reviewers can clear a profile photo, remove a thank-you content item, dismiss a report, or suspend an account. Removing a thank-you item is permanent: it stops any link already sent from working, the file is deleted, and it cannot be replaced for that tip. Suspending an account removes the public profile from view and stops it receiving tips.
- Tips are risk-checked before a payment is taken, and tips that breach our limits are refused. Reversals (refunds and chargebacks) are recorded against the account.
Where a breach is serious or ongoing, we may act immediately and without prior notice.
10. Reporting something
Every public profile carries a Report this profile link. Reports reach a moderation queue and are reviewed. You can report a profile without providing your name or email address.
Anything else, including urgent safety concerns, can be sent to support@fnlnk.com. Anything involving a possible crime against a child or an imminent threat to life should also be reported to the police.
11. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on fnlnk infringes your copyright, email support@fnlnk.com with “Copyright notice” in the subject. Include:
- your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
- where the material appears: the fnlnk profile or thank-you link;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or are authorised to act for the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
When we receive a complete notice we remove or disable the material and tell the creator. A creator who believes material was removed by mistake can reply to the same address, saying what was removed and why it was a mistake. We will tell the person who complained, and we may restore the material. We suspend the accounts of repeat infringers.
